Overview

Rockstack is an ooblet found in Ooblets (game). They can be found around three-quarters of the way up Tippy Top mountain.

Obtaining

Rockstacks live inside large rocks, and the Player will only be able to find them by breaking the rocks open with a pickaxe, which costs 40 energy per rock. As such, it's recommended that players bring an ample amount of treabies to replenish their energy to be able to break all of the rocks.

Rockstacks require 1 Creamadroostral Soup to dance battle.

General Trivia

• The name Rockstack is a combination of the words rock and stack. This references how this ooblet resembles, well, a stack of rocks.
• Each variant of Rockstack has a different plant on top of its head.
• As the spawning mechanic for Rockstack is unique, they will not appear on the "Daily Oobz!" list that appears at the start of each day, even if the Player has unlocked Tippy Top.
• Wynterloon, the editor-in-chief of the Daily Oob newspaper, desperately seeks proof of Rockstack's existence.^[1][2] However, even if the Player has one in their followbabies when visiting the Dirigible, he will not react differently.
• One of the newspapers produced in the typesetting minigame on the Dirigible also mentions Rockstack and questions its existence.^[3]

1.0 Trivia

• Prior to version 1.0 of Ooblets (game), Rockstack was considered an unreleased ooblet, as it was included in the game files but not available to players. This is where the "imaginary mythical folklore ooblet" part of its description comes from.
• In response to fanart of a quadruped (four-legged) ooblet on Twitter, the Ooblets Twitter account responded with an early picture of Rockstack and said that they had "never ended up animating it and adding it to the game because we were lazy".^[4]
